pulled over in parking lot

soo today i go to get ice cream with some friends and we just sit there and chill for about an hour and i leave i go to the gas station thats in the same parking lot.i get gas i go to park next to my friend befor i put it in park this cop come from across the parking lot lights me up and hits me with the spotlight.he comes up to my car asks me for my liences reg and insurance...i give it to him and he goes back to his car.Im seting there for like 5 min then back up comes,i sit there for another 10 min then he comes up to my window with a fix it ticket with for my headlights.tinted windows,and 2 week over due insurance paper,im insured still but just dont have new one...i ask him are you serious he said heres the ticket sign.i kinda go off on him and ask how do i get a ticket in a PRIVATE parking lot for window tint and blue hid.I told him i would totaly understand if i were on the streets but i did nothin wrong and he pulled me over in a parking lot.so i go down to the police station at like 7 clock tonight pick up the phone in front of the staion and ask to have a cop come talk to me about it. a cop comes i tell him everything what happened he said legaly he cant give me a ticket unless the poperty owner calls on me or im on the streets. so i have to go befor a judge. i cant belive this happened to me tonight i feel like i just got slaped in the face i didnt even see it comeing...so im goin to court on the 3/18 to challenge it...what do you think will happen??? :censored: DO YOU THINK THE JUDGE IS GONNA THROW OUT THE TICKET???????

75 bucks is 75 bucks in fix it tickets i would have to pay and then all the hassle to take everything off

Theyre Fix It tickets. Just get a cop to sign off on it and swap everything back. It sucks but whether you were in a private lot or on the streets its illegal tint and if the cop REALLY wanted to be a dick he could sit on the corner and just wait for you to leave. I think with enough effort you can turn it- but it wouldn't do much because your still rolling around illegal and will eventually get pulled again.

for 75$ ..... just pay the money and get a cop to sign off on your tickets, I am sure you know a cop or at least knows somebody that knows a cop that wouldn't mind writing the tickets off so you don't have to remove or repair all the illegal stuff on your car. I don't see why people get so worked up over these little things.
