Alright peeps, I gathered my shit around & my car is gutted with no bass for the time being... :(

Somehow, I'm gonna make my dreams happen here. I've got 2 RF T1000.1bd's, and 4 15" Lanzar MAXP154D subs rated at 1000 watts rms each, but they will be receiving around 700rms each. I've got the major components to start BANGIN HARD, but before I start, I need suggestions on what I need to run this setup as far as batts, wiring, alt, & most importantly, HOW THE HELL to fit 15"s in my trunk without walling this bitch off! I'm thinking probably dual runs of power and ground in 1/0 gauge, 2 Kinetik HC800's, 2 separate boxes & BIG 3. The only problem is that the highest output alt I can find is only around 110amps. Anyone wanna help a bro out on this?

This will be my build thread throughout the project which may take some time since I'm trying to save up for school this fall & funds are getting somewhat tight.

Any guesses on what this setup may hit when done TL wise? Remember, the car is a 4door 1991 Lumina with a 2.5liter.

Here are some pics I snapped real quick, this shit looks BADDASS in real life brothas:

Oh it's gonna be kickass alright! I'm thinking probably 145+by the time this is done easy. 150 is most likey pushing it unless I wall it, but even then with 3krms that will be somewhat hard.

You'll have to build it in the trunk and use a clamshell type design then. Depending on the car you have, but youll need at LEAST 10 cubes net.

A couple links to some box builds:

Tahoe Box 1, Tahoe Box 2, Nissan Titan, VW GTI,

Mini-Bump, Hummer H2, Ford F-150

My own car builds (current setup --- under construction):

Overall Thread, Kickpods, Dash, Back Doors

Subwoofer Wall

MAN,

Not to sound like a negative-nelly er nuthin but u sure those subs can handle that much juice?

I would run em EASY at first like 4ohm tops until ur sure they won't roast.

I've heard some horror stories.

Just hate to see them smoke and be out that $$.

Good luck man hope it pulls 145+ for ya.

Maybe do a similer setup like GP's box that uses air from the trunk and the back seats but keep ur rearview.
