I saw them on display at the 2007 Car + Sound Auto Show in Sinsheim Germany. I talked to the Orion rep and asked for a demo but they claimed the cars electrical system was acting up...anyways, I'm going to be selling my H2 15.2s in order to purchase them in a few months. This pic is from that Car Show.

The Orion site doesn't have the box specs for them just yet...still thinking about picking up x2 15s. I'm a huge orion fan and I had (6) HCCA 10Ds a few years ago and I'm still kicking myself in the ass for selling them.

  • 5 weeks later...

Im not a big fan of orions new line up. I do have the new hcca 600d pusing a xtr, and it does fine but the specs are not like the older orions. I am about to install the xtr pro 15's with a 2100 hcca G4 wired at .5 ohm. Ive had it stable @ a .25 ohm puching over 4000 watts. You can not get these specs from a new orion and compete in the class the older ones did. But further more on the new sub. It is a beast. orion has videos on the 12" competing against kicker, jl, cerwin vega, and rockford and the sub whips there ass. so yea i would get the new hcca sub but not there amps. here is a link to see the vids. http://www.orioncaraudio.com/Promos/HCCA_C...ge_Results.aspx. yall are welcome guys. -orion

2 Orion XTR Pro 15's in a 5.5 cubic foot box.

Orion 2100 HCCA

Orion MBR. 70

PPI Art Series 4200m

Niche 6.5 Components

Pioneer deh-880prs

Stinger 3 farad cap

Optima Blue top

BBE Sonic Maximizer

and a Audio Control EQL

and im getting a RF 3 sixty.2 later this month

LoL um that stroker wasnt in the optimul enclosure there specs say optimul is ported if it was the 12" It should of been in a 2.5 cubed box ported to 28 hz for optimul performance that box was small, but it did look like the 1.1 sealed they recommend for a sealed box lol even at 2000 rms in a 2.5 cubed sealed box with hella clipping my 15 lasted almost 20 minutes and it only fried one coil.. plus the video doesnt say what size the box is, it doesnt even show them hooked up to the crown amps.. i dont know i was happy with my stroker and im even happeir with my stroker pro,,, anyways those orion subs do look nice just a little skeptical on the tests thats all..
