Skullz
You could also cut all but 1 1/2" around and make a deck from 1/2" mdf with the holes cut in it. 01 Ford focus ZX3 Pioneer AVH-X491BHS PPI PC 4800.2 Morel Maximo 6.5" x2

Shyne151
Tin snips usually work well.http://search.harborfreight.com/cpisearch/...yword=tin+snips You'll be there all day with tin snips. Airsaw is my preferred method... after cutting out 100s of rear decks for all the fools that want 4 6x9"s in their rear deck... I have found that an airsaw with a good blade works the best and is easiest to maneuver. -Installer for Duke's Car Stereo 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix - Ported Eaton M90 S/C, 3.5" pulley, XS Power Headers, 1.9 Rockers, FWI, Poly Motor Mounts, Custom Tune.
