Nightshade
Welcome to Team Sundown. I am one of the members here in the US and have been on the team for a year and a half. If you ever need any help I'd be glad to lend a hand. I am a competitor in NSPL here in NC and the surround states, and I also compete in Db Drag for bassrace. I may try some spl in Db Drag this year if I can actually have a chance at going to world finals. I also run a 1 woofer setup that is very loud off of Sundown amps as well as the sub being a Nightshade. I can't wait for the Nightshade V2. I think that your 1 12 is the loudest single sa12 that I've ever seen and is amazing off such low power. What car is this in? Also are you running the amp at 2 ohms, and if so what kind of clamped power are you getting out of it? Also are you running the amp at 2 ohms, and if so what kind of clamped power are you getting out of it? Thanks for the welcome and for the offer! We will gladly take you up on that sometime The single 12 vid - the SAE1200D is running at 1ohm...sorry, didn't clamp it yet (trying to justify spending 300 for a fluke 337 - almost convinced myself ) ....we are testing out different combos - if you look at the vids from the youtube link I posted there are a bunch of different setups. Overall we are quite amazed the the SA-12's performance...Hopefully we will put up some more in a couple of weeks with 4 SA-12's The car is a Lada Sputnik 21093 (I kinda believe that's what is used when it is marketed abroad...yeah this thing is actually exported to AAA+ countries ) it's a small 5 door hatch and the next best thing to the CRX (actually there's a 3 door version as well)....the engine is puny and the stock electricals suck... it does meter pretty good... We were getting between 151 and 153 on a single 18" powered by two Sundown SAZ3500D's running ot 0.5ohms each last year - very limited by only two 55A Optimas we had at the time (we put the system together in under a week just in time for our final event) Edited January 29, 2010 by G_skillz81 Quote 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 - Deep Orange Build log - Blowthrought with 4 18's http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/122600-4-18s-in-a-dodge-ram-team-sundown-russia/ Sundown Audio SAX125.2 - Sundown PA 10" Shok-wiring & RCA's XS Power D6500 Mechman 320A Sundown Audio Russia http://sundownaudio....dex.php?/index http://www.drive2.ru...ram/ram/skillz/ - more about my truck http://www.youtube.com/user/Gskillz81
