No matter what you do, you are going to have a really shitty time with this lol. This center punch the studs then start with a small drill bit and work your way up. it'll take a while but this is the safest way to do it (if you have it up on a jack stand that is..) I went and got a deep hole saw that just fit over the bolt, and went at it. it cut it just enough that it cracked. then cleaned up the threads.
