AMMAY
I just read that another member was a victim of theft. It totally sucks. I think it would be a good idear to have a security section here. I mean you guys have the real deal systems and give the advice on building them but how bout keeping it safe? I know there are other forums that cover it but those other forums are gay and have information that is as useful as a three day old turd.

sactownstang
I think most folks with nice systems have a alarm, but let's be real the shop that I installed mine was in and out in a hr how secure could it really be? Any tips on how to incrase security from are 1 dollar install alarms?
AMMAY
Its a fact, if someone wants your system they can tow the car and take your stuff. You cant do anything to beat a tow truck. Most teenage punks, thugs, junkies, and such cant tow your car and cant steal it, theyll just try to take your stuff. There is so much you can do to prevent the amateur thief from getting your stuff. Im kinda inspired by the new section so when I do my upgrade this weekend Im going to cover the process as well as a lot of tips Ive learned. I hope it dont rain. emperorjj1
hell ya thanks for the help on that... lol you could find a security system with a mecury sensor (or buy one alone somewhere)... i herd about those a while back... since mecury is a metal it will conduct elctrodes but since its a liquid it can flow... so if your car is flat and the truck tips it up to tow the alarm will go off. the only problem i see with that is what if your park on a hill and set the alarm. will it automaticly go off? AMMAY
This guy had the "perfect" solution....lay frame and forget it.... The marks in the pavement where the frame dragged up the truck - at 4pm out front of his house - are still there today. Over $20k lost not including labor - no insurance You wont beat a tow truck. emperorjj1
true you wont beat a tow truck but all that noise would at least give them a headache or something J.
