Chris
BTW Eric, now that your amp is modded & putting out around 2000watts RMS, if I were you, I'd change your speaker wire over to 8gauge. 12 gauge is only good for around 475watts at 1ohm. 8gauge is good for around 3000. http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/ind...?showtopic=1005 Quote 4 15" FI Q D2's in 12 cubes tuned to 32hz 1- T1000.1bd's 3 Maxx 29 deep cycles 4 runs of 1/0 gauge -Big 3 -Trunk sealed off from the cabin Custom 15.8 dual-volt switching MLA module All in a CAR. Definately put some vans on it, hell if you can look into patching into your a/c and piping it to the fan blowing over the amp! jasonw30
i wonder if you can mod a t1000.1 by doing that? Quote 2002 nissan frontier crewcab eclipse cd2000 mb quart prem's fr&rear rf p4004
meade916
no need to mod a t1000, they are 1ohm stable already. Hey it sounds like you were successful, just be very careful that is well over a $300 repair if it goes because when a modded bd1500 goes it GOES Have a fire extinguisher handy just in case too. Do NOT cross the speaker leads even for a split second (duhh i know you know but its critical with a modded amp). The amp will smoke instantly if you do so be forwarned. Not tryin to scare ya but its just reality.......(been there, done that) Quote All SMD products + MORE available at my store here! https://wccaraudio.com/ Subscribe to My Youtube Channel!
