how do you send the pics or text to the rims? are they hard to hook up? you should take pics of the controler or whatever it is to control it.

wifi through a laptop they have antenas in the rims and a small storage space you can load 6 images to play in a slide show and rotate pics every so many seconds you can program that all . every 10 seconds 15 seconds watever to change pics.
