baggedon4s Posted February 5, 2010 Report Posted February 5, 2010 I got a customer that I was putting a radio in his 98 vw bug, and he ask "can yall put headrest tv's in another one of my cars?" and I was like "sure, not a problem" I never asked what kind of car, didnt really care. headrest are headrest. he said he bring it back for me to look at. Well he pulls up in a 1997 Rolls Royce Silver Spur he bought new, and has under 20,000 miles. The headrest are not tall enough to put a tv in. and the poles are around 8 1/2 inches apart, alot farther than a premade headrest tv will fit, and they are almost 14in wide. this isnt exactly the type of car I want to be fabbing stuff off of the factory stuff, one wrong move, and the upholstery shop cant exactly fix hand dyed leather. So Iam kinda stumped. The reason this came up, he sold his Testarossa, and bought a new flying spur, and it has headrest tv's and he would like his old one to have them 99 suburban, ranger rover headlights, SS front bumper,roll pan with frenched tag, 2nd row delete,glassed dash..audio to come whenever I figure out what I want.
