My nephew was on a slide and something sharp got cought between where the 2 pieces meet and it slit his arm wide open. But like imfrom210texas said, luck is 50/50 so in time something will happen good for her. Accidents will happen. But glad to hear that you wouldn't sue them for that, glad to hear there are still some good people in this world. I know people that would be sueing them in a heartbeat.
