SocoJoe Posted February 17, 2010 Report Share Posted February 17, 2010 (edited) So I get woken up at like quarter to 3 this morning to my stepmom stomping around cussing up a storm and pacing back and forth between the closet next to my room and the garage. So I get up and I am like wtf is going on? She says that the security alarm is going off and we have to get into the box in the closet. So I am half fucking asleep and am like ok and go out to the garage and get a phillips head screwdriver to open box. Only problem is that the fucking closet is so small and I didn't have a screw driver small enough to fit in between the space. So she says fuck it, she is already pissed off by this point obviously, and says to knock the damn thing open with a hammer. I LOL'D. Ended up knocking the f'n thing off wall enough to get a screwdriver on it. So I get it open and then i'm like now what? She says I don't know I have to call the security comp. again to find out. So I follow her back to her room so she can grab the phone and I hear the "security alarm" she is referring too. I'm like NO FUCKING WAY, I reach down and click the button for the UPS that's hooked up to the computer and their room. I'm like hey Lisa, the noise is gone and she is like HOW? So I told her and we all just busted out laughing for a good 20 minutes. Anyway figured I would tell this story seeing as I got woke up at 4am for nothing lol. :01nocomment8so: EDIT: For spelling, going back to bed now lmao. Yea, to let you know when its on battery power or to let you know of an alarm condition like bad battery. And they are usually loud and annoying.
