czman30 Posted February 21, 2010 Report Posted February 21, 2010 x2 this. check for anything and everything visually wrong with the woofer, magnets that arent centered correctly can cause the voice coil to rub against the side of the magnet on the inside and ruin the voice coil. yup you might need to cut it open and see then if thats it then you gotta fix it then recone it Introduce a no fat chicks in the whip rule. Im gonna have tech force make up a sign that says that and put it on my car lol

I'd take it out to have a look around it and play with it out of the box. Just to check.
