Needless to say his buddy who obviously knows more than I do flipped the little switch that said bass boost and turned the gain to max. Three weeks later hes calls me and says the subs smell funny and get really hot. I check the setting and turned them back and said don't adjust these. But his friend who obviously knows more than me changed them again. Hello black coils. Only part that pissed me off was he then tried saying I sold him bad shit when the subs finally took a shit.
