did you open instacal and have it recognize your termlab box b4 you tried to open the termlab program like it states in the instructions?

Had the same problem with our at the shop and I had to call Dawane at TL for a fix

yeah i uninstalled it an tried gettin it to read the term lab before i installed term lab an still nothing pops up in instacal.only thing that shows in instacal is IAS Bus Board#0-DEMO BOARD

Edit:

i uninstall everything(instacal/term lab) i pop in the TL disc i dont run it.i right click the TL disc/or view folders..look for instacal install it.restart the computer an it doesnt read the TL box
