Gutta Trash
OK I have been out of the audio world for a while because of kids work, etc. but now getting back in and starting a build, my main problem is the brands have all been bought out and switched so on and so forth. So I was wondering which of these would you actually go with because when I quit messing around with car audio MTX was on the same level as legacy so you could not go by any of their specs. thanks for your opinions in advance. By the way I can get these at roughly the same price (about $15 difference) MTX JUST OUT! spl4life
mb quart (if im not mistaken) is the same manufacturer as hifonics and crunch... which is maxxonics.... both hifonics and crunch are both overrated... they dont do rated power... if you do some reading here.. youll find it to be true... but it is cheap for its watt per dollar ratio... if i was on a budget.. i would use the mb quart or crunch or even hifonics if i was on a budget... mtx loods good... but i would say it all depends on the application... what are you planing to do? and what car is all this going into? My first truck... My first Real build... *Update 8/9/10 DC Power 270xp Alt is In!!!* 1997 Toyota T-100 DC Level 5 18" in a T-line Everybody wants their system to be.... 1. Cheap 2. Reliable 3. EricR
Id go with the mtx, legacy sucks dick so do not get that!! Reading > you To the OP, I would personally go with the MB Quart. I do not have any experience with either of them but from what I have seen and heard the discus amps are solid amps. i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work?
