Auto Systems (deals with everything automotive based, whole year), diagnostics (full year) teaches kids how to use OBDII sensors and stuff like that. and Personal Autos (semester long) which teaches kids just how to change tires and change oil. all taught by the same teacher haha Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I walk through the school parking lot everyday, and I hear all the spoiled kids leaving and their Jettas and Neons and what not knockin' like a bitch. I laugh my ass off because they don't understand whats goin on. Mind you, everyone of these cars didn't knock when they got em. Plus, 90 percent of em think its cool to drive with a stick, but they don't understand the basics of one. They only drive one because that's what they had in The Fast and The Furious. I love watching them take off and miss a gear or stall it. Makes my day. I'm only 17 but I know way to many technically declined car drivers. Drivers Ed should be mandatory, and teach you how to do the basics. Like changing tire, and checking fluids. Not necessarily replacing them.. I like the fact that as long as there are new cars and new drivers, Mechanics make bank. I love working on my own shit. I've been doing it for 10 years now and I'll do everything. Give me a new car and I'll show you a scrap yard, because that's where it'll be in a few years. Btw, I go to a small school (60+ graduating class) We don't have auto tech, but it wouldn't matter. If I answered you in a well mannered, informative way, you asked a good question or had a good attitude. If I was an asshole, you asked a stupid question or you had a fucktard attitude... or I was in a bad mood.
