They are modifying the tonneau cover so that it will clear the plexyglass that will cover the top of the sub enclosure. I also had them re-cut the opening into the cab. I was worried that the existing opening would be to restrictive with the new woofers. The new opening is about 5" taller and should work much better. The larger opening means we had to remove alot of metal, extra bracing will need to be added to the back wall of the cab to control flex.
