not many cars can get me to pluggin my ears but this one.......damn. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it. :)

Ok here's the scoop.  All computer equipment runs over Dc..even though you plug it into AC.  If you actually grab any power supply, power adapter..etc and read the power label on it, it will show you what the input/output power is.  So Actually the power supplies are converting from AC to DC, so your adapter will be 12volt over DC.

Example,  I have a Cisco Pix firewall that I am working through right now, the power supply says

Input: 100-240volt 100mA

Output: 3.3v 4550mA

Hope this helps  :^

theres no such thing as too expensive when it comes to upgrades like that, because imo if you are gonna spend to upgrade then do it correctly rather then be a cheap ass ricer
