So I may just fill the top gap with some cloth and add as much mat as I can to the side tomorrow and then i'll have to wait for the 2 gallons to come in on friday that I ordered. Pioneer~Saturn Posted May 2, 2010 Author Report Posted May 2, 2010 Metered a 145.5 @ 40-43hz today with the Crossfire 1k which was about what I was thinking...going to get the other side of the enclosure/horn sealed up and hopefully a nice little gain from that and some sanding/filling. I got the passenger-side of the horn built up a bit near the end of the flare to smooth it out. I also got the driver-side seal piece molded up..
