I just ordered a SD8k and when Rusty emails me back, im buying 4 XL 18s for my integra.. Amp will be here on monday with the 2 day shipping and when ever rusty sends me my subs LOL. For those that dont know, I am running 2 XL15s in a sealed box * did a 144 @ 32hz* though and I think its time to step up to the big boy level. I dont know if i am going to run ported because 20 cubes in my 2 door 98 integra is alot to get in such a small area, But its going to be a wall, and it will be LOUD.. if i do ported it will be tuned to 34hz I will get pics monday because thats when my buddy will start taking measurements *i wanted a professional to do my box since its in a big boys league this time. I have my 10.1megapix camera so ill be taking LOTS of pictures We are still trying to figure out what kinda box to do, regular ported, clamshell ported, clamshell sealed, or a regular sealed box, I still need a decent amount of area in the hatch area to put all of my batts. So it really comes down to how much area I have in the car, and how big of a box we can stuff in this tiny car. Going big and being REAL loud are fun....Also costly.So far I have broken a tweeter off one of my atomic 2ways.My mirror fell off.My pass door handle fell off and 3 of the 4 self tappers that hold my center console in broke.WOULDN'T CHANGE IT FOR THE WORLD!!!!!LOL!!!!
