You got an awesome deal! thanks dude, and its a decent deal, its different from the first one, 250 for the sub, i got a friend who owns a shop soo 50 cents a foot for Knu and then the headunit is for freee and the box i gotta build so theres gunna be a hold up on that but im figuring like 300 for that and im going to spend like 400 on a amp, maybe 600.... wow now this just shows that smd isnt just any forum. El1T3Bass Posted March 26, 2010 Author Report Posted March 26, 2010 Not sure on box yet, ill be makin me ones like every week but here's what I'm thinkin..... 8 cubic feet, tuned tp 35-37hz and have a huge port to push a lot of air Oh and if any one can get me a deal on a new or used aq2000-3500 hit me up... oh and I gotta check if its a copper or aluminum coil, cuz if its copper ill recone..... how much is a aq recone? wow now this just shows that smd isnt just any forum. Don't need to do 8 cubes, see Decaf's post above for specs as he's right on. I've built a TON of AQ/DD boxes. 35Hz will hit the lows very well, but I prefer 38Hz for a daily set up. AQ2200 would be perfect...
