Big P Posted June 24, 2007 Report Share Posted June 24, 2007 take and glue your box using gorilla glue and tie down traps. that will help the particle board from coming apart. Then take liquid nail and a pvc pipe thats been cut long ways into quarters liquid nail the pvc quarters into the the 90 degree edges of the inside of the box then use your liner. Then get some peel an seal from home depot or doug and put a layer over the out side of the intier box. more layers will require some sort of contact adhesive or spray glue.
