I'd like to see a touch more port personally, but it looks killer. Get some videos when you get it finished!

Also, I weighed the box last night. Fully loaded with only 2 15s, it weighs 313 lbs. That is almost 2 in a half times my weight.

VERY NICELY DONE! Ok so couple things. The port going into the cabin, is that your final port or did you make it so you can add or subtract port? +

How badly does that back window vibrate, I know video never tells the whole story. Reason I ask is cause I have a slide back window, and I'm afraid it's gonna get beat to shit! So I'm probably going to have to replace it with a single piece. I never really open it anyway.

What are you using to cover the bed with? I like the idea of a bed cover or a shell but I'm not sure it's in the budget right now. I think the cloth ones kind of defeat the purpose of having a cover cause anyone can lift those up and look. So I'm thinking a fiberglass cover, or a shell. Just was curious.

Lastly, nothing else! Nice job, thumbs up from me cause that's exactly how i want mine to look. What are your measurements? I just wanna compare to mine and see where I'm at. What are you tuned to again?

EDIT: I heard someone say one time if you stuff tennis balls between the bed and the cabin, it'll help with vibrations if you have any. Just thought I'd throw that out there.

The port I have now is screwed and glued on the inside, but the port is big enough that I can stick the screw gun in there and take it off if I have to. I'm not gonna glass/resin the inside until I am completely happy with the result. I am pretty happy now to be honest, however.

The back window is all over the place. Its not just the window though. The entire back wall and window moves together, so I can't really tell you how much it will move until I am done with my mild bracing plan (I am about to put a piece of wood along the back wall and put great stuff in between the wall and the wood).

I have a roll up vinyl bed cover. I found it on craigslist for $75 in perfect condition. I also found a couple of others for around $100-$150 (both vinyl and fiberglass). So definitely look at your local craigslist.

Thanks! I appreciate it. The whole box is 18" tall, 36" long, and 50" wide. I did a double baffle so I could do the measurements like this: a sealed box that is 12" long exterior measurements, and a ported box that is 24" long exterior measurements. It is tuned to 45.16 hz if I remember correctly. If not 45.16 hz, its 45.xx.

Thanks to all.

That's pretty close to mine. mine measures 18 tall, 64" wide, and 25" deep I think. I've got about 14" more width, but you have about 11" inches of depth. I think it's pretty close if you do the math. Mine is just limited by the box I have to put it in. I have 29" of depth to work with. I followed Cody's advise on the chambers though.

I think I am going to see if I can swap the window out. Not sure how much it'll cost but I think in the long run it'll be worth it.

Keep it up! Nice job buddy!

If you don't use the sliding window, I would definitely swap it out. Thats one less rattle/issue to deal with in the long run.
