oprawrich2
blew one of the cvr's. they had a good run tho. they fit and they hit. but im not too sad cuz now i get to buy new ones. but the thing is i don't know which i want. if i had a car this would be so much easier cuz then i could fit almost anything in it. but the problem is that i have a 2004 ford ranger. single cab. i made a box that fits behind the seats for 2 10's. so i kinda want to get new 10's. its a small box. each sub has maybe a foot or a little more cubic feet maybe a foot and a half. they have i think a 5 1/2 inch mounting depth. so i want something very close to that. so this is what i need. 10's that have or less then 5 and 1/2 inch mounting depth that can be used in a small box and still really preform. something else what i was thinking is getting 8's. i have seen some crazy things with 8's. i was looking at those sundown sa 8's. id make a new box but i really don't want to. so i want a lot of bass in a little place. i need some help lol

Guest
dc level 2 10's "interests" fail as hell and the lv2 10's are suggested to be in a ".4³ - .6³ ft" box, not 1cuft each.

cqtama
what do you mean? he means look at wills interests lol, but the level 2 is only suggested to have .4 cubic feet. the level three is about 1 cf but its to deep. rockford p2's or p3 shaloows should fit. check out cadence too Quote R.I.P '01 blazer you treated my ears well until your transmission blew up. ISO
I vote for the Kicker Solo-Classic 10 but you will need to shrink your box to .66 cubic feet. The mounting depth is close to what you want and I would suggest grills. Quote Isobaric - Refers to the practice of coupling two drivers together to make them act as one. oprawrich2
cut the bed ha i was thinking about that but if you do it you wont be able to sell it like ever again. if i had a junkier truck i would. and are the kicker solo classics any good? isn't there range is junk? 24-100hz? but i guess you dont play subs much over 80hz anyway. if i went back to kicker wouldnt the cvx be better? ISO
What do you mean their range is junk. That makes absolutly no sense. I want to hear this explanation.
