thats what my first noob install looked like lol i would go out to the junk yard and get a a harness(stock harness thats missing) to plug into an aftermarket one and then to your deck, but since you have the bose system they might different than the ones that come with out the bose sytem.

Use that multimeter bro. and if the lead says 0v... try turning the car on and off, or turning the light on and off, or the dash light adjuster up and down (if you have one)

sweet thanks man i seem to be missing a couple wires tho ? i have power,ground,acc,and six other wires that come out of the factory harness

but do you have the speaker leads in the dash? you can hit them with a AA battery for a sec to test em, just to see if the cone moves. just a split second though...

i got the head unit hooked up and it powered up so i took one of the positive speaker wires and started testing all the loose wires only the front passengers side and factory trunk sub have speaker wires in the dash i am missing the wires for the front drivers side speaker and both sail panel speakers

Hope you get it all figured out. I have a 94 z28 but havent started doing the audio in it yet. I plan on ditching the entire stock system and installing all new components, amps and a new head unit.

Start at the door panel of the non working speaker and trace the wires back to the source.
