Subwoofer suggestions.

Ok so I have been wanting an upgrade from my (4) 8" Sundown E8's @ 1000w.

I have about 3.5 cubic feet to work with. I will be buying a new amp soon. It will be around 2500w.

Should I go with a 15" fully loaded FI BTL or (2) 12" DC Lvl 4's?

I listen to a wide range of music and want this to get loud when I want it to. I tend to push my subs pretty hard at times.

Suggestions? Opinions?

DC 12" Lvl 4's suggest 1.5-2 cubic feet per subwoofer. I could go bigger if I needed to but I would prefer 3.5 cunic feet.

If you have 3.5cu ft, then don't forget port and subwoofer displacement.(0.26cu ft for the Fi BTL is think)

if you can build the right box and have the right amp i think you will like the btl thing is a beast can easily handle over 2000rms daily

i vote 1 btl just for the fact that you will be able to do what you want with the box

Yeah btl, you would have plenty of room for the sub to breath, not really as good for the dc's IMO

What about a 15" DC Level 5? What you guys choose between, a FI BTL or Level 5?
