I doubt it does 1200w @ 1 ohm, and the L5s are 750w each. You'd be underpowering them.

I'd spend another 175 on a Sundown 1500. That power acoustic aint gonna do nowhere near 2000w.

if they r dual 2 ohm subs. your final load at a mono amp is gonna be 2 ohm so u need an amp that will do 1200watts at 2 ohm

their dual 2 ohm and i would like to run them @ 1 ohm each so that would be a .5 ohm load

That power acousitc is a great looking amp, but I also recommend saving a little more and getting something that will be reliable. My sundown 1200d should be here tomorrow, the RF is also a good and reliable amp. Audio pipe would be my last choice from RF and Sundown
