rboudreaux77 Posted April 9, 2010 Report Share Posted April 9, 2010 i just sold my kicker L7 15" to buy a Level 4XL 15" and its in the trunk of my 2008 impala in a 4cuft box port tuned around 30Hz running off my JL 1000/1 and i could not be happier. this thing is awesome!! if you get the kicker you will be missing out cause while my kicker hit hard it just couldnt take power as good as the DC and wasnt close to sounding as clean and tight as the DC. DC FTW!!! If it's 1000 then is it under powering the sub i took one video with my cell phone before i tweaked the amp but it looks like crap and i hear the 1000/1 can put out around 1200rms but either way i wanna get another amp but for right now its what i had and it works for now.
