HHR Ed Posted April 12, 2010 Report Share Posted April 12, 2010 You should put Spectrum over the Damplifier matts. Thats really the only way to do it. The rubber matt has to stick to the metal. Spectrum is water based and needs the breather for it to set and cure. But if you apply spectrum wait 30+ days then put damplfier over it it will stick as long as your surface is clean Quote J.
