R_Mac_1
If you use the CCA wire, you can only use a 250 amp fuse I'm pretty sure. You need to ground that rear battery as well. I've never ran multiple batteries so I can't speak from experience, but I think it's preferable to run a ground from the front batt to the rear batt. I don't know that you HAVE to, though. You might be able to get away with just grounding it to the chassis in the rear. If you're unsure about it, you can search through the electrical/battery section of the forum to get a better idea. 2002 Pontiac Bonneville SSEi Pioneer DEH-P6000UB Alpine SPX-17REF 6.5" components (active) Sundown SAX-50.4 Sundown z15 (3 cubes @ 35 hz) Sundown SAX-1200D 2006 Buick Rainier CXL AWD V8 Stock Bose system 12" Alpine Type E in aeroported box Profile AP1000M

boomin
okay, so i went to wire it with my 1/0 knukoncepts amp kit, but the wiring won't fit in the hole for the power and ground i think the wirings too thick...ED said 0 gauge would fit, what should i do? is there a special way of making the 0 gauge smaller like if i crimped it down hard with pliers to make it as small as possible? Soulman07
If need be just go ahead and clip a strand or two worth of wire off. I believe there's stranded wires spooled together. If you can't get them to fit just clip an inch off of one strand set and go from there. Won't hurt too much, I have the same problem using 0 terminals for knu I always have to open them up with pliers... Then crimp back and solder. 1993 Chevrolet SWB Pickup Viper 791XV Primer Stage 5/8 Static Drop Kinetik HC1800 Big 3 Knu Flex 0 Team Tex Flex
