anybody know how to fix a crack in a rim?

any crack, even a hairline crack in a rim is a big crack.

even one the size of a hair will need to be ground out and refilled. Has nothing to do with lazy you have to do it right or you will be sorry.

actually you might want to be experienced at WELDING AND REPAIRING RIMS. I am an experienced welder and i wouldnt take a wheel on. There is more to it then just laying down a bead and calling it done. The rim is probably not just steel its probably an Alloy of some sort. Also, you have to take into consideration what the rim looks like when your done. This guy will make it look like nothing ever happened to it even on the chrome side.

dont forget you also have to make it PERFECT so the tire will still "pop its bead". If its uneven at all, it might not.
