But today I finished routering out some more layers for the front and fitted and mocked up the front wall to get some more measurements. Tomorrow I hope to have the top, bottom, sides in and braced. Then I am having some issues fitting in all the amps in the back so might have to move the rear seats up a couple inches to have room for amps at the rear. The box is measures out to about 33 cu. ft. but the port and the sub displacement will take up 3 cu ft. With bracing that puts it +/- 29 cu ft. Without extending the port it is 4.5" deep just from all the layers on the front. If I leave it like that it will tune at 39Hz. With a 5" extension on the port it will drop it to 35Hz. For 30Hz Ill will need to add 14" but that's not gonna happen, so it will prob be tuned to 35Hz. I'm making a plug to fit the port out of spray foam and then use it for a mold for the port. I am making it about 1" thick with glass and kitty hair and use birch for the mounting flange with t nuts to bolt it on. It better hit cause this box isn't coming out, I'll sell the truck with it. I don't wanna shoot too high but I'm hoping for a 156db. Spent alot of time getting the windows out since I glued them in last time so they wouldnt flex, but I put too much adhesive and almost couldnt get them out. Went and bought one of those jigs to screw at angles.
