Reading in fields in Torres' box calculator application is helpful.

Should be fine with that, but if its a square looking on the side you might run into standing wave issues and need some dacron batting lining the bottom to remove any unwanted noise from the box.

Sanitarium: Yes I do know that, I just want to try my hand at it first. I like the satisfaction I get from it.

Skullz: What exactly does that mean? I do plan to 45 degree the corners if that helps

When you stand back and look at the enclosure if it looks like its square on the front or sides you can have standing wave issues within the enclosure.
