I understand the roundover bit and the router but howd you do the initial cut? with just a jigsaw? i have a few pics on how to do this in my build log. its called a "plunge cut" with the table saw. at least thats how i did it. well damn, i got really excited when i saw this build but i was hoping it was already done. i was going to buy one of those 7k's for my xls till i found out they dont like 15v. very curious to see what it will do. have fun with it. Stetsom makes amps that will work at 15v the ones i got will work good up to 15.5-15.9 volts then the will let out the magical smoke It will be done by the 22 at the latest but i am sure it will be done sooner than that.
