need some recomidations for some 10's

I love Fi and DD but I honestly think a 1500 series sub is one of they best overall subs I've ever heard... If you had the opportunity to hear the T-line bandpass I built for a 1508 I think you would agree. The sound AMAZINGLY clean tight kicks, drop low as balls for an 8" and has tons of output for an 8" with only ~450wrms being given to it.

Omg, this thread is so full of fail.

DOn't recommend him a 15 inch sub if he only has 2.5cu ft to work with.(15's need atleast 2.5 cuft, without adding port displacement which will be more then 0.5cu ft.)

I think the first idea was one of the best, 2 10 type R's or 1 12 inch sub.

The best thing for his applications would be a Sundown SA-12, it only needs 1.5-1.75cu ft, and has a RMS of 600w.(i don't think it would be a problem for the SA-12 to handle 750w RMS)

The SA-12 in a 1.5cu ft box (net), with 20-22 sq inches of port area would be perfect.(tuned to 34hz)

EDIT: for the guys that say he doesn't has enough power for a FI Q, he does have enough power, even on 500W it would be loud.

And the DD 1512, will not sound better in perfect conditions, the Fi Q is a SQ sub, the DD isn't.(i think the 1512 looks "cheap", and the Fi Q doesn't)

No, i never heard one, but it doesn't says SQ line of subwoofers or something like that.

So you don't agree that both subwoofers in their perfect boxes, the Fi Q will sound the best?

You talking about Fails and you are saying a dumb comment about a sub you haven´t heard?? DAMN! haha, you failed badly my friend, i have 3 1510´s in my swift and they sound AWESOME, much better than my 2512´s in the explorer, just because it doesn´t says "SQ" anywhere means they sound like crap??? WTF?? and it looks cheap?? my 1510´s (500w each one) took 900 clamped watts to each sub for a year and they are still running just fine!!

About your comparisson, in my case, i couldn´t agree that a Q would sound better because i haven´t heard it before, see??? it´s easier to recognize that i haven´t heard a sub before posting pointless things about a sub i don´t know :clapping:
