Well its been a couple of years since Ive had it , guess i can give up one secret, the tunnel on the truck is 1" thick aluminum which I joined to the sheet metal useing body panel adhesive, I made the box flat with anchors to push the box onto the tunnel. Then on one side of the aluminum you got weather strip to go all the way around. Its been a couple of years Ive had it like this and no leaks

Thanks bro, Ya she's been a fun truck to roll around in. Texas is a long way from Cali for that demo bro, Plus after the new year Im going to be taking her apart . Big systems dont get as much love as they use to, Its all about speed now
