rubbernutz1 Posted June 7, 2010 Author Report Share Posted June 7, 2010 (edited) i finally got started on the system rebuild today. i got all the old stuff taken out and disassembled. then i got my new power cable and ran it today. i got 2 runs of 1 gauge running back to the rear and 1 run of 4 gauge. i used the 4 gauge cus it was already there so i just left it. also got the grounds ran to the grounding studs and the RCA's, ignition wire, front speaker wires, and remote all ran and buttoned up in the rear today. il put a few pics up soon as i get them loaded in the computer. rubbernutz1 Posted June 9, 2010 Author Report Share Posted June 9, 2010 (edited) ok as promiced heres a few pics of what i got done so far. its not much but its a start heres what i started with. had to fix a weather strip leak b4 i got started on wiring two runs of 1 gauge and a single of 4 gauge running from front to back. the 4 gauge was already there so i just left it. heres some 4 gauge grounds ran for the battery grounds. all soldered in the rings done the right way. hers the amps, x-over, and rear EQ im going to run. yeah yeah i know theyr cheap amps but they have worked pretty good for me in the past. 4- p1500.1 for the subs and 3- p1400.4 for the mids and highs. a kicker x3i crossover , ad a soundstream pq-7 rear mount EQ. il put more pics up when i get more work done on it Edited June 9, 2010 by moonweezle9 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
