Is this true, or false... im gonna guess false.

Since every good power wire uses copper, and people avoid CCA wire...

Aluminum works good for most applications, but copper has a little bit better conductivity, but is also double the price.

not many cars can get me to pluggin my ears but this one.......damn. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it. :)

Google copper buss bars ;):P

http://www.stormcopper.com/Copper-Bar.htm

Home improvement stores won't have what you are looking for as it's not something you typically build a house with. Any metal supply store will carry it also.

not true i went to my home depot and they had copper, aluminium, stainless, and steel flat bar you just got to know where to look its by the allthread and dowels

Btw that was the first person. Ever banned by me while dropping a deuce. Feel privileged

I got my aluminum from here. All Metals Online

I purchased some 3/8ths bar and angle stock from them for my bars. Very reasonable prices and shipping. They also shipped my items to me pretty quickly.

Heres a pict of what I made for my setup. Ordered a 24" piece of 3/8 x 2 x 2 angle stock, cut it in half, ripped and inch off of one side and tapped it out for my connections.

I am more then familiar of the material those places carry. I don't think copper plumbing strapping is what he is looking for ;)
