California is really messed up leaving people on Death Row for 15 years before they get a chance to execute them wasting billions of dollars of their tax payers money. I agree............I think when one is sentenced to Death...........for taking the life of another.... their life should be taken .........In the exact same fashion as the life they STOLE.....
