rusty959
x2 on what chewie said. Now on the other hand... there are ways to get around this. For example; my talon has had some work done to it. Now, instead of having the MAF before the turbo (or pc in your case) it is right before the intake and is of a different type than stock. This requires a MAF translator, but it allows the vent to atmosphere BOV I have to be used as the air that gets blown off is no longer being "lost" (of course anyone feel free to correct me... im still fairly new to boost as well) 2013 Subaru BRZ12" Orion HCCA on AQ 22001967 mustang restoration project: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/110765-mustang-restoration-build-2011-edition/ Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/user/therusty959
MAXSPL_153
Ok rusty . Makes sense .. I am not running MAF tho. Running a mod class MAP that's just under the throttlebody , think that makes a huge difference in my case ? I do want to upgrade to MAF and get the jet PCM but that's all in time I guess
chewie
yeah you wont be able to do that.. im tellin ya replacing the length of tubing with thinish metal tubing will make the sound louder but its not gonna be very loud to begin with if your only running a little bit of boost. 91 dodge colt gt.. 4 custom t600 15s audioque 3500d.1 tuned to 25 hz... stay tuned. blazer stroker 15 brutus bxi2006d terrible voltage drop 145.4@38HZ... chewie
yeah your not gonna heat 6 to 8 lbs very much now if you were running 15 that would be a different story. 91 dodge colt gt.. 4 custom t600 15s audioque 3500d.1 tuned to 25 hz... stay tuned. blazer stroker 15 brutus bxi2006d terrible voltage drop 145.4@38HZ...
