TLEJ Posted May 31, 2010 Report Share Posted May 31, 2010 Ok.. So when I play my subs loud.. I smell like.. that SMELL.. idk what it is.. it doesn't smell like burning.. but like.. idk? Inside of an appartment? It's happened on every system I've had.. I'm scared to play my 15's loud because I'm scared I'm burning the coils.. or something.. HOW could it be clipppinggg... God the amp is DOWNN all the way on EVERYTHING.. It's only 400rms watts too .. and the sub needs 500 rms.. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you think it being 1/4 way up would save you, that was your first mistake. . .
