have you considered some other subs than the ones listed? also its going to be hard to hit a 150 with 2 12's on 1500-2k watts. if your doing a 300 amp alt have you considered the crescendo audio 3kpw amp? its the same amp as the sundown 3k at an amazing price $550. or if you dont want to spend that much you could look at the audioque 2200.

edit: pm me if you want more info and sugjestions

yeah blowed through... all i want/have room for is 2 12's... i've seen you rep the cresendo 3k alot.. i was looking at it or the SA 3.5k or 2 SA 2k's but it's one thing at a time literally. so i'm wondering what other subs then that combined with the right amps would get me to the 150mark. i'm at 144ish now with the T1000.1 and T1's... i like fosgate alot alot.... I'd stick with them if i could afford it... 2 T1500bdCP's and what ever subs would hold out on them. Maybe DC lvl4's or xl's idk... too many choices...

YA'll come up with some combos for me.....150 is all i want...Ground pounder at <40hz tuned at what ever ya'll think will sound good all the way around with rock, country, rap... everything... 45hz now at like 2.25cubes per T1... just want more power on what i have for now...then new subs then more power again... 3stage step up but only after i get all my mids put in and all the 600's bought...

Sorry i haven't updated ya'll lost my internet at home and can only get on here at school but no pics on this pc so text only for now.

I put on my damplifier on inner doors, roof, and back wall. I also added a piece of 1/4 inch square tubing to the back wall and bolted it in to the back wall to make it not flop.

The end result is less tin can and more punchy bass. It definatly feels sturdier when the bass hits. It really brought out mids in doors. I probably gained .75db ish but it feels alot more solid now. I'll throw up some pics as soon as possible.

Here's my very weak hair trick.. not bad for two 12's on 1000watts i don't think... took with my new palm so quality is horrible...

The roof and doors have had one layer of Second Skin for a while but I'm just now getting the pics up. Sorry ya'll. It's a slow build so it won't be hard to keep up. I still have two sheets left and am going to order more for the inner skins and floor. I did the back wall and b-piller's but the pics cam out bad because it was getting dark but here they are anyway.

I bought a steel square tube to reinforce the back wall where i cut the bottom of the cab support. Now that i'm in autobody classes and have access to the right tools (good welder) i'm going to straighten that line out and weld the bar in. Note the bolts i have pinching it in place now. Still made it hella more stiff though.

I think i'm going to make several MDF rings to bring the subs out even with the rubber boot and use one large piece of mdf as an inner beauty wall. Then use 2-3 large bolts on each side to bolt the wood to the back wall. That would make it more rigid and reduce loss through the rubber boot.

Oh.. and here is the new Image Dynamic cx 6.5's i found at a local dealer. There 2ohm but they were only $100 s i snatched them. So my doors are officially staying one ID Xs 6x9 4ohm and one ID CX 6.5 2ohm per door... bringing me to 1.33 right? or 1.66? idk... There on a Boss 300.2 and it's pretty chity but it's holding them at high volume like a champ til i can put them on a 600.2.

The next few steps of my build will be fiberglassing the doors. I'm going to make it so the speakers mount into the door panel sealed from the inner door completely. and re bagging the front end. Both need to be done before scr8pfest Sep 24-26 at concord motor speedway in Charlotte Nc...If any one want to attend...

really? think the sa's would be louder than T2's?

I kinda want 1500's... One per sub. Would Sa's be able to handle them daily?
