Rogers Posted February 8, 2013 Author Report Share Posted February 8, 2013 alright so this was my fall build to get me through winter, and this is the first time ive built a wall so its a good learning experience and test to see how the cars going to react and see what its going to take to get loud... The wall will however undergo reconstruction before slamology 2013. the equipment consists of 4 Sundown Audio SA-15's with SPL coils powered by 2 Cerwin-Vega Stroker S2000.1's strapped together. 3 kinetik hc2000's and dual 200amp alternators. i had purchased a vega 400.4 for my highs amp but the one i bought was DOA..ended up with the vega 250.2... but im having the 4 channel repaired so im just going to run both amps for the 2013 season. http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/79921-rogers-700-dream-car-update-page-17-a-wall/?p=2335774 93 Saturn SC2My system4 SA-15's Walled 2 Cerwin-Vega S2000's 3 Kinetik Hc2000's Dual 200amp alts. you guys done with the peepee touching contest or do I need to end it? Rogers Posted February 8, 2013 Author Report Share Posted February 8, 2013 i went through 5 of them in 6 months.. each one would last about a week.. i had actually gone to a vfl 200.1 for a couple months and could not tell a difference. but i love these CV Strokers.. lots of power and it sounds so amazing.. plus i love old school stuff... which brings me to my doors each door will have a Kicker F8a, Impulse i6.1 component and tweeter, and an impulse coax. i also will have 4 other kicker tweeters in the car somewhere. i have the ds6.1 tweeters in my a pillars and i will probably mount my spare set of ks tweeters low at the b pillar. anyways im still in process of doing my doors... the 20 year old panels have had to have quite a bit of fiberglass to put them back together but heres where im at with it.. waiting on it to warm up outside before i start on it again. http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/79921-rogers-700-dream-car-update-page-17-a-wall/?p=2335774 93 Saturn SC2My system4 SA-15's Walled 2 Cerwin-Vega S2000's 3 Kinetik Hc2000's Dual 200amp alts. you guys done with the peepee touching contest or do I need to end it?
