I too dont have much spendable money on CA anymore, but what you might want to look into is audiopipe. (People, lets not start flame wars now ok!) There AP30001D amp does 3k rms @ 2ohms bridged, or 1500w rms x2 @ 1ohm.... Amp can be had for $325 or there abouts! I have 2 that will be powering 4 AQ HDC3 18's, but I still cant comment on them, as I have not used mine yet...
