I haven't had to call them but email is very prompt. And I know you're antsy, but they'll take care of you...and you are going to LOVE the amp! Team_DC-Derrick Posted June 8, 2010 Report Share Posted June 8, 2010 (edited) most company's do not work on the weekends... you ordered thursday? keep in mind i believe they are on est time, and its a small company, you will get your product.. but remember MOST DO NOT WORK ON THE WEEKENDS. jizazz12 Posted June 8, 2010 Report Share Posted June 8, 2010 don't worry, Navid will defiantly take care of you. i have bought two amplifiers from him and have always gotten great customer service. leave a message and he will answer or as said earlier shoot him an e-mail and he will get back to you. the last amp i purchased arrived the day after i ordered it and i didn't get a tracking number until the day after it arrived, so your order has probably been shipped and you for some reason didn't get the tracking number yet. you can also go over to caco and shoot Navid a p.m. about your concern . ryder829 Posted June 8, 2010 Author Report Share Posted June 8, 2010 you won't be disappointed. i finnaly got ahold of him my amp was sitting under the test bench but its going out tomorrow he said woo-hoo cant wait, it will blow my box apart! do any of you guys have any input on the 6.5" sets he sells my pioneers are BEAT!
