No way i would have to do that with only a 2" drop - 2" is hardly noticable LOL anyway, do yourself the worlds biggest favor and get the Pirelli 25 series tire if your having clearance issues......its not only the best tire i have ever owned, rides smooth and VERY quiet, it also clears like no other. FULL U-turns with no scrapage.....trust me on this one. good luck! Quote All SMD products + MORE available at my store here! https://wccaraudio.com/ Subscribe to My Youtube Channel! matt14
How wide are your rims. Also you want to look out for the rear upper shock bolt/nut combo. The shaft of the bolt is facing towards the outside of the car and came very close to hitting my rims and tires when i put them on. Just remove the bolt and have the head of the bolt sticking out toward the outside of the car. Jack one side of the truck in the air and take a look at wear the tire is rubbing on the fender liner adn trim that part out ( will be shiny and obviously rubbed through). Had to do some trimming when i lowered it and put the 22's on Quote 2006 GMC YukonPioneer HU SHCA ran throughout Crescendo BC3500 One 18 AA Mayhem in a 4th order ZED Levithian 6 channel Rainbow Dual 6.5 comps ran Activehttp://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/155628-matt14s-yukon-mayhem-in-a-4th-ordernew-amps-and-bats/page-
doubleD
i think they are 11" wide,,could this be cause its a four wheel drive ..i bought the kit from a buddy ,he said it was only 2" drop..but ive had to cut the rear bump stops in half,,the front is sitting on the bumps,,there is close to 1" of clearence from the top of the tires to the top of the fender lip all the way around..the bolts are not hitting on the wheels,,and the torsion keys are cranked to their highest point,,so it has room to go lower ,not up Edited June 9, 2010 by doubleD
