thehoe92 Posted September 20, 2010 Author Report Posted September 20, 2010 something with a bigger motor and more excursion I've got a few people local that would buy my subs, more than what I paid for them so I'm not losing any money on this but lately I've noticed after a couple of days my subs don't seem as loud anymore.. they reach a plateau so the solution.. turn the gain a tad more since its still about a quarter below where it will actually start to clip did that today and all I have to say is its making me uncomfortable now making me get that tourettes shit where I blink on the beat or I can't even keep my eyes open on some notes still think there is a lot left to give these little subs but I'll wait until I get all 6 just so I don't have the 4 right now completely broken in and the 2 thrown in and they are brand new trying to take all the power nyman said with the 6 15's box about a month ago I was hitting a 147 on music.. 4 15's box is definitely louder to the ear and now that I turned the gain up a little more I think that number is closer to 49.9 now but only way to tell is to jump on the meter guess I'll have to make it over to Steve's shop soon or see what Joe is up to and hopefully the other 2 15's will be in tomorrow Wouldnt be thehoe92 without teh purple
