Those patiently waiting (see: not patient at all!) for Kanye West’s third album, Graduation will have to wait a little bit longer.

It seems that West’s album has been pushed back. Graduation is now set to drop on September 11, according to a Def Jam rep.

Those also waiting for 50 Cent’s third solo album, Curtis might notice a commonality here. As 50 Cent’s album was inititially set to hit stores last month but was pushed back to September 4th. Only to get pushed back once again last week to the new date.

That’s right. Kanye West and 50 Cent will each be releasing their third solo album on the same day!

50 Cent has been known to throw shots at Kanye in the past. From stating that Ye’s music isn’t threatening in the least bit to questioning his sexual orientation.

“They like Kanye West because he’s a safe nigga … It’s better for your kid to wanna dress weird and just have a whole other vibe” 50 said in a previous interview with Hot97.

September 11th is the day that Graudation and Curtis will both drop, which will you pick up?

[uPDATE] 50 Cent has stated that he is NOT pushing back his release date and insists that Jay-Z will not allow Kanye to drop the same day as him. He also states that Ye should know better than to go against him. In the same Hot97 interview with Funk Flex 50 sends shots at Lil Wayne, calling him a "whore".

i've been LMMFAO at this whole topic im say this about it 50 is the best rapper/business man in the game he does what he does and says what he says to keep his name in the media and in your heads and as long as he can do that he will be very successful in the rap game WHY? because when he dissed somebody on a record everybody wants to hear what he said and then you wanna hear a diss track back from the opponent and as long as he has fresh meat to pick on he will sell albums & mixed tapes and the more people who talk shit and hate on him the more money he makes this thread is a direct result of his marketing scheme and its alot of people that play into it and as long as that happens 50 will remain on top of the game
