It looks like usps just threw and kicked it and rolled it around, The black plastic is broke and you can see part of the casing is broke... I hope the seller but insurance on it... Sure accidents happen sometimes. Looks more like it was packaged improperly. If it was packaged correctly you could drop it and not have a worry. If it was packaged correctly you could drop it and not have a worry. was the alt wrapped in anything? when i sold my old one i wrapped it up good and then put in a small box, then took that box and packed into a box that was alittle bigger made it to the address twice and it was fine.
